Life experience, stress and trauma can cause us to become separate from our true selves. “The Journey” is a day of self discovery and inner healing taking you through the realms of your inner space, to align with the world around you. This is a journey to reclaim your wholeness. It is a journey that unites mind and body. Taking you from the lower vibrations of fear, anxiety and trauma to the higher vibrations of peace and joy.

Carefully prepared and constructed to offer you an experience to explore your inner self, release inner energetic blocks and connect to your higher self, using all the modalities of our powerful spiritual team of practitioners and healers who have come together to take you on an in-depth journey of self discovery and healing.

We will hold the space for you as we guide you on deep meditations, helping you locate and let go of energetic blocks so often caused by deep emotional or physical trauma.  You will work and blend with the energy of the Shamanic drum as you let go and release anxiety, stress or fear. Working with the powerful energy of the circle to help you recognise where this energy comes from, is it yours or someone else’s?  We will then take you on a journey to heal these blocks and give you the tools to help you stay energetically and spiritually positive.  This journey does not tell you where to go, it tells you how you can get to where YOU want to go.

Starting the day with the opening of the space - and closing the day connecting to Mother Earth and the energy of the Universe, in a beautiful outside circle (weather permitting) with an ancient ritual from our Druid Jonno Webster.
