Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Notification: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me time to offer your slot to someone else. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of £10. This fee compensates for the time reserved for you. No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notifying us (no-show) may result in a full charge of the appointment fee. This policy is in place to respect the time of both me and my clients. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so as early as possible. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible. Refunds: In case of a prepaid appointment, refunds for cancellations will be processed as per the above guidelines. If I need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment I will give as much notice as possible. A replacement appointment will be offered as soon as possible. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my cancellation policy. This helps me maintain a high level of service for all my clients.
